December 21 2013 - SAVE THE DATE and contact us if you would like to register a boat to participate in the parade.
What is it: It's a parade in the river of boats decorated with Christmas Lights. On the day of the event, tickets will be available for 1000 colones if you would like to ride in one of the boats in the parade, or just find a spot along the river to watch the parade! The best decorated boats earn a prize!
If you have a boat of any size and would like to participate in the event, its 10mil colones to sign up (by Dec 1st please). The boats will travel from the Piccola (up the Estero Azul canal) to the town of Sierpe.. about 2km total.
